2. Products
   All products are handmade in small batches. As a result:
   • Colours and appearance may vary slightly.
   • Natural ingredients may vary from batch to batch.
   • We reserve the right to amend formulations where necessary for safety or supply reasons.

   All cosmetic products are, where required, CPSR assessed and compliant with UK cosmetic regulations.

3. Orders
   When you place an order:
   • You will receive an email confirmation.
   • A contract is formed when your order is dispatched.
   • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary (e.g. pricing errors).
4. Pricing
   • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
   • Prices include VAT where applicable.
   • Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
5. Payment
   Payment must be made at the time of ordering via approved payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.
6. Delivery
   We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
   Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
   Risk passes to you once the product has been delivered.
7. Returns & Cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
   You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, please contact us at: karenmstephenson@live.co.uk You then have 14 days to return the goods.
   Returned items must be:
   • Unused
   • Unopened
   • In original packaging

   Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products unless faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
   If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
   We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Allergies & Sensitivities
   Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists before use.
   If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before full use.
   Corner House Bees cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where ingredients have been clearly listed.
10. Limitation of Liability
    Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
    Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Application
   These terms apply to all wholesale orders supplied by Corner House Bees to trade customers.By placing an order, the retailer agrees to these terms.
2. Minimum Order
   • Minimum opening order: £125.00
   • Minimum re-order: £50.00
   • Postage Paid/Free order: £150.00
   • Orders are subject to availability.
3. Pricing Wholesale pricing is provided separately.Prices are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Corner House Bees reserves the right to amend prices with notice.
4. Payment Terms
   Payment terms:
   • Pro forma (payment before dispatch) OR
   • 14 / 30 days from invoice (subject to approval)
   Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.
5. Delivery
   Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes upon delivery to the retailer.
6. Product Compliance
   All cosmetic products:
   • Are CPSR assessed
   • Comply with UK cosmetic legislation
   • Are labelled in accordance with legal requirements
   Retailers must not:
   • Alter packaging
   • Relabel products
   • Make medical or unsubstantiated claims
7. Storage & Display Retailers are responsible for:
   • Storing products in cool, dry conditions
   • Avoiding direct sunlight
   • Selling within recommended shelf life
   Corner House Bees is not liable for deterioration due to improper storage.
8. Returns & Faults
   Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 5 working days of receipt. No returns are accepted without prior agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
   All branding, product names, descriptions and images remain the intellectual property of Corner House Bees. Retailers may use approved product images for marketing purposes only.
10. Termination
    Corner House Bees reserves the right to refuse or terminate supply at its discretion.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and unopened.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods using the original payment method.
